Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Policy (24 Hours Only)

We offer a 24-hour return window from the time of delivery.

You may request a return only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

Important Conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is mandatory

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared with our support team

After 24 hours of delivery, return requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

We do NOT provide refunds.

Once a product is sold, refunds are not available under any circumstances.

If a return is approved within 24 hours (as per eligibility), the product will only be:

  • Replaced with the same item, OR

  • Repaired (if applicable)

No monetary refunds will be issued.


3. 2-Year Warranty Policy

All our outdoor furniture products come with a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural defects

  • Frame damage due to manufacturing fault

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use

  • Weather-related damage (rain, sun exposure, rust due to negligence)

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper installation

Warranty claims may require inspection by our team.


4. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
