PACKAGING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

* Please ensure that the products you order fit the intended space in your home. Notify us of any delivery challenges or obstacles, and ensure they can pass through entryways, elevators, and stairways. Follow these steps for smooth delivery and to prevent returns.
* You are requested to arrange for your own laborers/ manpower in advance or post-delivery to get the products to the higher floor. The responsibility of our logistics partners to deliver the large products is restricted. There will be only Driver with the Furniture.
* If you request to hold your order after it's ready for dispatch, a holding cost will apply. We provide a two-week grace period for warehouse storage. If you're unavailable for delivery beyond this period, a monthly holding or delayed delivery cost will be added to your total order value.
* The 'Holding Cost' is 5% of the total order value, plus an 18% GST. This applies to both full and partial orders held in our facility at your request. Payment of the 'Holding Cost' is required before dispatching your order from our warehouse.
* Upon receiving the goods, please note that our logistics partner does not authorize the delivery person to wait while you open the goods. If you notice any damage, kindly inform our support team within two days of delivery.
